    A regal twist on the classic French 75.
    Who says Earl Grey is only for the teapot?
    Our Windsor Royal Grey is made for the serious Earl Grey lover, with an extra-generous measure of natural bergamot oil giving it that unmistakably fragrant citrus character.
    And it turns out, it makes a rather fabulous cocktail too.
    The Windsor 75 takes inspiration from the classic French 75, combining our bold Earl Grey with London Dry gin, elderflower, fresh lemon and chilled prosecco. Light, sparkling and beautifully aromatic, with the bergamot bringing everything together.
    To make one Windsor 75:
    * 120ml freshly brewed Windsor Royal Grey, chilled
    * 30ml London Dry gin
    * 15ml elderflower liqueur
    * 15ml fresh lemon juice
    * 90ml chilled prosecco
    * Ice
    * Lemon twist, to garnish
    To make:
    Brew Windsor Royal Grey for 4–5 minutes, then allow it to cool completely. Add the chilled tea, gin, elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
    Shake until beautifully cold, then strain into a champagne flute. Top with chilled prosecco and finish with a generous lemon twist.
    Cheers to giving afternoon tea a little evening attitude.
    Please enjoy responsibly. 21+
