Creamy white chocolate, green pistachios and a scattering of Apothecary & Leaf culinary rose petals make a beautiful homemade chocolate bark—and it’s wonderfully simple to create

Gently melt your white chocolate and spread it onto a baking tray lined with parchment. While it’s still soft, sprinkle over chopped pistachios and a light scattering of rose petals, pressing them gently into the chocolate. Leave to set, then break into rustic pieces.
The creamy sweetness, nutty crunch and delicate floral touch make a lovely little treat to share over a cup of tea.
