A Botanical Finishing Touch: Blue Cornflowers on Quiche

Our dried blue cornflowers make a beautiful finishing touch for a freshly baked quiche. Once the quiche is cooked and ready to serve, scatter just a small pinch of the dried petals over the top for a delicate pop of blue and a pretty botanical finish.
They look especially lovely paired with fresh herbs or a simple green salad. Add them after baking to preserve their beautiful color—a little goes a long way.
