Dried Blue Mallow Flowers – Herbal Tisane & Culinary Botanical – 1 oz Tin

Delicate blue mallow flowers with a subtle floral character and a naturally color-changing infusion.

Dried Blue Mallow Flowers brew into a soft blue or bluish-purple herbal infusion that transforms into vibrant shades of pink or fuchsia when lemon, lime or another acidic ingredient is added. Naturally caffeine-free with a mild floral character, they may be enjoyed alone or blended with black, green, white and herbal teas.

The colorful edible petals also make a beautiful garnish for cakes, desserts, salads and breakfast bowls, or a botanical addition to cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, syrups and decorative ice cubes.
