Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers – Herbal Tisane & Culinary Botanical – 1 oz Tin

Naturally caffeine-free blue blossoms with a delicate earthy flavor and an enchanting color-changing infusion.

Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers brew into a brilliant sapphire-blue herbal infusion that transforms into shades of purple or pink when lemon, lime or another acidic ingredient is added. Their flavor is light, smooth and subtly earthy, making them delicious on their own or paired with honey, mint, lemongrass, ginger or citrus.

The edible flowers may also be used to add natural color to iced teas, lattes, lemonades, cocktails, mocktails, rice dishes, baked goods, desserts, syrups and decorative ice cubes.
